FAB develops and promotes training and qualification of workers for creation and improvement of employment in economically sustainable environments.

The foundation is acting as a training centre for the largest Madrid-based trade union of employees providing public services CSIT Unión. Improving of working conditions is ensured via regular training intervention with special attention paid to immigrants, ethnic minorities, especially women and vulnerable groups.

Purpose

The purpose of the Watchdog project and the online platform is to establish active mechanisms for control and monitoring of the posted workers’ rights across the EU via cooperation, exchange of knowledge and evidence-based approach of social partners, national labour inspections and European agencies.
